Mariam Guirguis (RPT)
is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist (RPT) with a specialization in Pelvic Health Therapy, With Over 20 years of experience she gained extensive experience working in hospitals, private clinics, and orthopedic centers, treating a broad range of injuries including back and neck pain, shoulder and elbow issues, and wrist, hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain, as well as both acute and chronic sports injuries.
Mariam’s Approach
Therapy integrates manual techniques, soft tissue methods, functional training, and personalized exercise programs, all aimed at restoring and maximizing patient function and overall well-being.
She specializes in pelvic health physiotherapy, addressing a variety of conditions such as pelvic pain, urinary issues, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), post-surgical rehabilitation, endometriosis, pregnancy-related concerns, constipation, and prolapse. Her treatment methods include education, relaxation techniques, manual therapy, visceral and fascial techniques, personalized exercises, and advanced modalities like biofeedback, muscle stimulation and accupunctre.
